The GSMHAT in collaboration with WHO country office adopted the process of integration of mental health in the PHC settings through trainings, on job training ,support and supervision of the PHC staff including doctors, nurses, social workers in different Egyptian governorate as Cairo, Giza ,Suez, Ismailia, Portsaid ,Damietta , Luxor and Aswan.  
Aim: Early diagnosis, Management of mental disorders - Decrease the gap between the needs and availability of services.
